1. Web Editor

Job Description

  • Ensure website content is built to brand guidelines, reflects the IKEA brand values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice and quality standards and through this contribute to an optimal digital consumer decision journey.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties aligning with the commercial calendar.
  • Partner with functions (e.g. global web team, IKEA Family, customer relations, eCommerce) across the organization to define and develop relevant local content in order to optimize web content and functionality.
  • Understand the digital market trend and closely monitor online campaigns in the market.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce sales manager, web merchandiser and other different stakeholders and functions to receive plans and identify needs for content updates in the IRW and other digital channels.
  • Received and review content assets, organize content assets based on received plans and publish.
  • Continuously optimize the content, product image and editorial process and efficiency.
  • Based on commercial and identified additional local needs, create new content when necessary and initiate content adaptation. Work closely on a daily basis with web merchandising, SEO and copywriter.
  • Ensure that the commercial calendar and all agreed promotional activities are properly supported.
  • Take responsibility for learning and development in everyday situations. Understand that your development is your own responsibility.

Requirement

  • Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in-home furnishing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in website development and maintenance with knowledge of best web content practices, browser functionality, copyright laws and data protection.
  • A passion for getting the best for customers through actively seeking new ways of working.
  • Good knowledge of SEO and SEM and how digital media channels can be supported by content.
  • Understanding of digital media and retail multichannel operations.
  • Graphic design and sense of art. Experience with Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience in following briefs, style, and copy guidelines.
  • Experience in meeting deadlines and managing publishing schedules.
  • Demonstrated conceptual and logical abilities; proven ability to think creatively and tactically.
  • Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and oral.
  • Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

2. Sales & Supply Support Specialist

Responsibility

  • Secure the highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team and taking into account country-specific positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar and local store activities.
  • Act as the main contact partner in the store for all range administration and operational supply-related questions, both for the commercial team in the store and the country Retail Supply Integration department.
  • Working actively with sales in the area of range management by securing qualitative and timely administration of the range in the systems and highlight deviations on the range frame and parameters.
  • Contribute to successful replenishment by working actively with forecasting and ordering in alignment with the commercial calendar.
  • Work actively with the commercial team with the range change process led by the commercial team by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales start, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities.
  • Support the CFU Operations with the stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.
  • Produce necessary follow-ups for the commercial and management team regarding operational processes in the store, includ-ing phasing in and out, overstock and concrete, activities and non-central shortages.
  • Ensure personal development by requesting support from the Sales and Supply Support Manager to improve work competence.
  • Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store.
  • Work with the agreed global and local Key Performance Indicators, focusing particularly on achieving high goods availability at the lowest total cost.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment, and interest in retailing and/or home furnishing.
  • Skilled in retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
  • Experienced in following action plans/working methods through guidance from managers.
  • Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Skilled in supporting an efficient and cost-effective commercial performance.
  • Show potential in applying tactical and operational thinking.
  • Proven record of meeting goals and deadlines and the ability to follow up on set goals.
  • Show the potential to influence in a matrix organisation.
  • Ability to reflect and find value and ideas in collaborating with others, and to inspire and engage others.
  • Experience of problem-solving.
  • High analytical skills and good numerical skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.

3. Customer Service Manager

Job Description

  • Support a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit and ensure an overall easy buying experience
  • Implement and follow up on the activities identified to remove hindrances and secure a customer-focused easy buying experience
  • Ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of the IKEA exchanges and returns policy and a customer friendly handling of complaints.
  • Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for the team and its individual members to ensure development and succession
  • Ensure operational excellence in daily operations in order to enhance the easy buying experience
  • Support proactively with customer insights for business and functional improvements

Requirement

  • Preferably from hospitality and/or retail background.
  • Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Self-confident and assertive with the ability to influence through the use of customer insight.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language(s) and English.
  • Ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers’ expectations.
  • Understand of all aspects of the home-to-home shopping experience.
  • Have good knowledge of working methods according to work focus.
  • Proven record/experience of developing people and organizations.
  • Experienced in problem-solving and conflict-management.
  • Experience of a leadership role.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
  • Willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
